In 1955 he released ''Ah! vous disiez,'' the first song recorded in the new french language. He took the song to the U.S. and made it a huge hit. His first number-one hit in the U.S. was the song ''Soisie,'' written in 1956. It was the first song to be covered by the French pop singer Camelia. This took off the song, and it is considered the first successful cover of a French song. In 1957, he released his first album, ''Aznavour a l'Olympia.'' During this time, he also made the first recordings of famous French bands such as ''Les Nuits Folles'' and ''La Parisienne,'' which featured his first recording, ''La Parisienne.''
In 1961, he performed his song ''Chanson D'Amour'' at the Carnaval des Versailles where he was an impersonator for a week. That same year, he received an Academy Award for Best Original Song for a French version of the song, and the Academy invited him to be the official French representative at the Academy Awards.
His first professional break came in 1942 when he was signed by a Parisian publisher. He wrote a song for the magazine ''Girom'', which has a large Jewish readership, and by the end of the year he had 2,000 subscribers. Another hit followed. But his success was not instantaneous. His first single ''C'est Moi' was a flop. It had a ridiculously complicated use of words and a weak melody. Yet, his early songs recorded with original French lyrics, were more successful and his music career took off. The first French record he signed with was ''Soleil de Pluie'' (Rainy Sun) by the French singer and actress Germaine Lubin. His first number-one hit in French was the song ''La Rose Du Soldat.''
Iglesias has earned a reputation for his wholesome, romantic songs, and his music has been likened to the likes of Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole. He's the only performer to win a Grammy Award in five different genres - (Pop, Latin, Adult Contemporary, Vocal and Best Male Pop Vocal Performance). In 1999 he was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame and was the first Latin artist ever inducted. Since that time, Julio has released more than 35 albums, and sold over 50 million records.
If another hacker does this, then they will be able to put any game on the ps3 in a matter of minutes! and that means that Sony will be out of the console market for good. We have seen what happens when sony doesn't support games anymore. Nintendo is turning a profit, now it is time for Sony to do the same, or else they are dead.
I don't see the appeal of owning a Sony PS3, and I don't see the value of the PS3 as an entertainment device. Sony has become one of the most untrustworthy companies in the gaming industry in my eyes. 827ec27edc
