Goodix Touch Driver Windows 10

I have an HP Stream 8 tablet. I have lost the Windows 10 touch driver for it and I want to install it. I downloaded it, but it says my OS is not compatible. Is there a way to install this driver?

Hi. I have an HP Stream 8 and I've been trying to get my touch working for days. I've tried looking for support on HP's website and on Google and nothing. I have just installed 10 and there's no driver for the touch so I need to get it working. I have tried the drivers that are included in the OS but to no avail. There's no yellow exclamation mark in Control Panel. It says that it's installing but that's it.

However, I am running a 32 bit version of Windows 10 on my tablet. And I am not sure how to install it in that case. I have also tried the installations on the HP website, but it always says my OS is not compatible with this driver.

So, I'm having the same issue with my HP Stream 8. The HP laptop was working fine, I updated Windows 10, and ever since I've been trying to re-enable it, but with no success. The touch screen is actually working, but it's reversed.

I think that the problem occurs when you have rebooted or restarted the tablet, and Windows hasn't seen that, and once you have rebooted a couple times, it does start to work. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

Also, I have tried to install the Goodix touchscreen driver using the HP Touch driver updater, but I get an error message saying to install it on Device Manager. Does anyone know how to do this? I do not know how to install it manually.

I am using HP Stream 8 tablet, HP Stream is a Linux based tablet, but I downloaded a Windows 10 setup and installed it on the tablet. I had to do that because I could not get the tablet to work with WIndows 8. Once I installed Windows 10, the tablet worked fine, except for the one problem I stated above. 827ec27edc
